Schedule of Events

Thursday, May 31:

            12:00-3:00     Contestant check-in

·         Turn in silent auction item

·         Pick up contestant packet

·         Vote on Best Foot Forward Award

·         8^th Graders apply for OHSRA Membership Scholarship (turn in by noon on Sat.)

            3:15                Mandatory Contestant meeting

            5:50                Grand Entry – contestants enter arena by grade level

            6:00                1^st Go-Round Performance

Friday, June 1:

            9:00                Shooting Competition

4:30                Contestant group photo in arena (full dress code required) followed by Cinch Team photo (must wear Cinch Team shirts)

5:00                8^th Grader Recognition night – Horseback introductions in arena

5:50                Grand Entry – 6^th & 7^th graders line up behind 8^th graders in arena

6:00                2^nd Go-Round Performance

Saturday, June 2:

             9:30               Grand Entry – Contestant introductions/bios

            10:00              Short-go Performance

After Short-go           Contestant Water Park Party

            TBA                Karaoke Hosted by G.V.

Sunday, June 3:

            8:30-9:30       Donuts at High School Auditorium

            9:30                Cowboy Church

            10:00              Awards Presentations

            Immediately following awards:

                                    National Team Meeting & National Entry Form Completion
